Lumbini Stores is a third generation family owned business with over 67 years of experience. We are known among the Buddhist clergy and our customers for traditional disciplinary and high quality service.

​Lumbini Stores was founded by Mr. H. D. J. Dharmarathne in 1953 and the first shop was opened at Azziz Building in Malwatta road, Colombo. Lumbini Stores is currently operating at No. 65, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 11.

​At Lumbini Stores, we specialise in selling traditional disciplinary Atapirikara, Buddha statues, Buddhist flags, brass display items along with other Buddhist pooja items, for the Buddhist clergy and public.

We are also the only supplier of dye (padu) used for colouring of the robes.
